Recipe 3: Steam Tofu Egg

Wad u can cook with miso...















Steam Tofu Egg

Ingredients:
1. 1 Box Tofu
2. Carrots sliced
3. 1 Egg
4. Minced meat (pork is preferred, u can also use chicken or beef to substitute)
5. Miso abt 3/4 teaspoon
6. Spring onion

How u make it:
Smash up the tofu, mixed in the egg, miso, carrots and minced meat.
After that you steamed it for about 10mins. When u finish add the spring onion as shown above.

Recipe 2: Mini steamboat















This is my Mini Steamboat.

Ingredients:
1. Wakame (seaweed you put in miso soup)
2. Carrot
3. "Da Bai Cai"
4. Meat balls
5. Fishballs
6. Mushrooms
7. Tofu
8. Miso (1 teaspoon)
9. Water (abt 2 bowls)

Warning* It depends on hw much u make. Pls do not put too much salt and sugar.

How u make it:
After the water boils, put in the stalk of the "Da Bai Cai" and carrots in 1st. let it cook for abt 2mins or you can see that they are getting soft. Next put in your miso, meat balls and the remainding veggies let it cook for another 3mins. Lastly put in the remaining ingredients put on the cover for your pot and cook it for another 5mins. -->You can eat after that..=D

Recipe 1: Seaweed Salad
















This is my seaweed salad.
Ingredients:
1. Seasoned Seaweed. (U can buy from the stores that sells sushi)
2. Carrot
3. Purple Cabbage
4. Green Pepper
5. Salmon sliced (use hot water to cooked it)
6. Vinegar (1-3 tablespoon-depends on whether u like it sour or not)
7. Salt (abt 1/2 teaspoon)
8. Equal Sugar (abt 1/2 teaspoon)

Warning* It depends on hw much u make. Pls do not put too much salt and sugar.

How u make it:
Easy, except for the salmon, u mixed everything else well in a big bowl. and top te salmon on top.
